Our Blog…
Greetings!
Well I tried this before and it seemed to work so here we go again. Our last Blog was great and all our viewers seemed to enjoy it.
I envision this site becoming a place you will go everyday to keep up on the nuts and bolts of the forecast for the Lowcountry, whats going on in the television world and anything else we can think of that might be interesting. There will be forecast videos, lots of pictures and more, not just from us but from you to so send us anything you have that deals with weather or whatever! Those of us inside the world of television news like to talk shop so we may even dabble in that from time to time as well…We hope you enjoy the blog and invite you to come back often…cause just like the weather….things around here will change quickly!
Have a Great Day!

So is it possible to have a microclimate that is really small? The old part of Mount Pleasant, near Sea Island Shopping Center seems to always miss the rain. Like today, the storm almost seemed to reverse course - SE to NW while all the other storms along the coast were pretty much going NW to SE - and we again got less than 1/10th of an inch of rain. It hasn’t rained enough to get wet under the trees here since July12th. I am watering constantly in my yard and still have wilting azaleas and dead dogwood trees. Guess I just needed to vent! So all of you getting inches of rain please remember us in the micro desert of the Lowcountry.
